Germaine obtained her JD from Thompson Rivers University. Prior to attending law school Germaine worked at the Japanese Consulate, the Calgary Crown Prosecutor's office, and at several top tier oil and gas companies. In practicing both Family Law and Employment Law, Germaine understands the emotional and financial stress that can accompany a legal problem and is focused on achieving cost-effective results for her clients in a timely manner. Germaine places emphasis on involving her clients in the legal process, by providing legal advice that allows her clients to make informed decisions. Germaine takes a collaborative approach to the practice of law and where possible, advocates for a negotiation/resolution process before moving to litigation.
Germaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Calgary and is conversational in French and Spanish.
