*Fees do not include disbursements (such as title search, tax search, title insurance, estoppel certificates, couriers).
**Applies to any transaction in which we receive your documents 5 days or less from your closing date.
Please call to inquire about fees for private purchase agreements or private mortgages.
Family Law
*Additional fees apply for process servers, out of province couriers, court applications and other extra services associated with the above.
**PLUS court filing fee of $260.00.
Employment Law
*PLUS 20% of any increase in severance.
Corporate Law
*PLUS corporate registry fees, which are $385 for each incorporation
Civil Litigation Law
*Flat rate fees available upon request.
Immigration Law
*Cost to be determined following assessment.
