Natalie received her law degree from Dalhousie University in 2007, and throughout law school earned numerous awards including the Law Foundation of Nova Scotia Scholarship, the Henry B. Rude Memorial Prize, the Rosenblum-Dubinsky Prize in Family Law, the Alistair Fraser Scholarship, and also clerked at the Nova Scotia Supreme Court (Family).
After obtaining her LL.B., Natalie worked with a top-tier law firm in Calgary in the area of Corporate Securities, but realized she wanted to work directly with clients on a personal level, and therefore started Stonetree Law in 2009. She prides herself on being able to assist clients with most areas of law, including Family, Wills & Estates, Corporate, Adoptions, Adult Guardianship, Employment and Real Estate.

Tate received his law degree from Dalhousie University in 2007. Throughout law school, he devoted much of his time to the Legal Aid society and worked with many individuals in many areas of law. Tate has extensive experience in business start ups, both in helping clients start their businesses, as well as starting numerous businesses of his own, including Stonetree Law in 2009.

Laura-Claire was born and raised in Co. Cork, Ireland. Upon relocating to Canada with her family in 2005, she lived in Montreal, Quebec, where she attended Marianopolis College and Concordia University for her collegial studies. Laura-Claire came to Calgary to attend law school and has since set down roots in Calgary. During law school, Laura-Claire exercised an interdisciplinary approach to her studies, working part-time at the University’s Intellectual Property and Legal Services Unit and conducting several independent studies with a focus on privacy and internet law. Since graduating, Laura-Claire has had the opportunity to work at several small firms allowing her to work directly with clients and gain experience in diverse practice areas.
Laura-Claire practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, estates, employment and family law and has regularly appeared in both the Provincial Court and the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta.

Germaine obtained her JD from Thompson Rivers University. Prior to attending law school Germaine worked at the Japanese Consulate, the Calgary Crown Prosecutor's office, and at several top tier oil and gas companies. In practicing both Family Law and Employment Law, Germaine understands the emotional and financial stress that can accompany a legal problem and is focused on achieving cost-effective results for her clients in a timely manner. Germaine places emphasis on involving her clients in the legal process, by providing legal advice that allows her clients to make informed decisions. Germaine takes a collaborative approach to the practice of law and where possible, advocates for a negotiation/resolution process before moving to litigation.
Germaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Calgary and is conversational in French and Spanish.

A graduate of the University of Calgary’s, Heather practices Civil Litigation, Employment Law, Family Law, Wills and Estates and Real Estate Law. Before joining StoneTree Law, she articled at a large Calgary firm and worked at a boutique litigation firm. She provides legal advice and representation to both employees and employers in a multitude of workplace matters, such as wrongful dismissal, severance, and human rights concerns.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in English from the University of Calgary, a Master of Arts in English from the University of Alberta, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary.

Raveena received her BSc in Psychology (First Class Honours) from the University of Calgary in 2013 and her law degree from Dalhousie University in 2016. During law school, Raveena had an active role in the law school community by being a member of the Law Students’ Society, the Moot Committee, the Budget Committee, and was a volunteer for Pro Bono Students Canada. After completing law school, Raveena articled with a criminal defense firm in Calgary and was called to the Bar in 2018. As an articling student, Raveena regularly appeared in court to advocate for her clients and assisted on files in all levels of court in Alberta.
Raveena practices in the areas of Family Law, Employment Law, Criminal Law, Wills and Estates and Real Estate, and is dedicated to providing excellent legal representation for her clients inside and outside of the courtroom. Raveena is able to assist clients in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.

Tina received her BA in Law and Society in 2015 and her law degree in 2019 at the University of Saskatchewan.Tina practices in the areas of Family Law, Employment Law, Corporate Law and Civil Litigation.
During law school, Tina volunteered at Calgary Legal Guidance, Campus Legal Services and Pro Bono Law Alberta. Tina is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and is conversational in Korean and French.

Taylor received her Bachelor of Finance in 2016 and graduated from the University of Calgary with her law degree in 2019. Taylor was heavily involved in Student Legal Assistance throughout law school and is passionate about improving access to justice in her community.
She received the Provincial Court of Alberta Judges’ Award of Merit for her contributions to access to justice in the City of Calgary in 2019. Taylor has experience in family, civil, employment, corporate and criminal law.

Tracy Chan has been a Legal Assistant for 19 years, 16 of which has been primarily in the area of Family Law.
